The 27-storey building has a ground area of 40,000 square feet. The richest man of India for the last six years and the chief executive of the famous trading petro-chemical company "Reliance Imdustires Limited, 56-year old Mukesh Ambani is the owner of this building. Internally the building has capacity of 0.4 million square feet. The importance of the buiding becomes manifold due to its situation in the down town area of Mambai. The building is 570 feet high. The joint owner of "Mambai Indians Cricket Team" in the Indian Premier League Mukesh Ambani is famous for having different models of cars. He has 170 cars in his fleet. Therefore, six flours are reserved for car parking. The building having a unique archeitecural design has modern gymnasiums on each floor. Six hundred employees remain present 24-hours to run the admimistrative affairs of the building.
