Canadian Girl Who Came To Pakistan To Marry, Disappeared
Indian-Canadian Sikh girl Rajindar Kor, who came to Pakistan through a matrimonial site to marry a journalist Iqbal Hussain in Karachi but, has been missing for the last one a half month. Punjab police has registered a case against the unknown culprits. Government of Pakistan is being pressurized by Canadian embassy for the search of the girl. ISI, MI, minisry of interior and Punjab police are trying their best but still in vain. According to sources her sister Rajwant Kor told that she was in contact through a matrimonial site shadi.com with a Pakistani boy in Karachi and decided to go to Pakistan to marry him. She left for Pakistan by Emitaste Airline on August 23 and after reaching Lahore, she disaapeared. Federal interior ministry on the order of foreign ministry directed the Punjab government to immediately meet Canadian Consuler and program assistant and to cooperate fully with them for searching the missing girl.
