Well known TV shows and film producer Ekta Kapoor has made it to the list of 25 most powerful women in Indian business. Ekta, the joint managing director of Balaji telefilm, features in the list compiled by business magazine, business today for her work in television and films. " I am honored to receive such a prestigious award and believe that it is an endorement of the capabilities of women and power of the content that Balaji has created in television and films," Ekta Kapoor said in a statement. Ekta has joined the likes of Nita Ambani, chairperson Reliance Foundation, Leena Nair, ececutive director-HR, Hindustan Unilever, Tanya Dabash, ececutive director and chief brand officer, Godrej group, and Schauna Chauhan Saluja, CEO Parte Agro.
