Facebok Touches The Figure Of One Billion Users

Facebook said last day that it has now more than one billion users, in a new milestone for the the world's bggest social nretwork. Co-founder Mark Zuckerburg said :" there are more than one billion people actively using Facebook each month." He said<:" if you are reading this, thank you for giving me and my little team the honor of serving you. Helping a billion people is amazing, humbling and by far the thing I am most proud of in my life." Interviewed on NBC show, he called the milestone "unbelievable". " to be able to come to into work everyday and build thing that help one million people stay connected with the people they care about every month, that is just unbeleivable," Zuckerburg said. The company also said that it has also seen 1.13 trillion "likes" or endorsement by users, since the company launched the feature in February 2009. Many of the ad compaign that companies conduct on facebook are designed to garner likes. It said that 219 billion photos were uploaded as of September. Excluding deleted photos, about 265 billion photos have been uploaded since 2005. About 17 billion location-tagged posts were masde on the website, Facebook said, and 62.6 billin songs have been played 22 billion times since September 2011. The medium age of the user was 22, it said and the top 5 users countries were Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico and the United States.
