Is Human Organ Trade Legal Or Illegal?

The matter of organ trade to be declared as legal is being discussed between the doctors and intellectuals in the world. The people opposing the issue argue that if the donors are allowed to sell the organs the moral values will be more down graded due to greed for money.
Some of the intellectuals think that the problems and evils are attached with the illegal business of human organs will be vanished if this trade is legalized. They point out that those women or men who are in dire need of some organ can take any step to save their lives by buying the organ.
The people in favor of legalizing the trade say that public considers it sin and greed to sell one's body part but they argue that a shop keeper also sells commodity and gets money in return and is nor taken as evil by any one. If some body sells his own body organ why should he be considered as bad?. The result of which is the survival of a life.
