On Aug 4, 2011,in Tottenham in London area a black man Mark Duggan was shot dead by police and the situation became tense. Next day situation got worst and incidents of attacks on police were reported. Aug 6 was the black day of London rather England's history. This day brought strange disorder situation that was far more than the protest against the death of Mark Duggan. On this organised attacks were carried out by young people on largest shopping malls in different areas of London that meant looting. As soon as attacks on malls in london areas started, similar practice was done in other cities of England including Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Darbi, Laster, Notingham and Liverpool. The riots continued till Aug 11 from Aug 6. These riots seemed not the protest against the death of black man but were organised attacks of looting compaign. During the intial riots five persons losttheir lives, while 16 were injured. In addition, estimate of damages to shops and property was more than 200 billion pounds. During the riots 186 police officers and three community officials were wounded. The violence incidents reported only in London were more than three thousand and four hundred. More than 1550 people were presented in the courts under voilence and riots charges. It was brought to light in report and search about the causes of riots that social media and modern technology played a pivotal role in airing "Copy Cat" riots in London and in other cities. The technology used was that of Google Map, Facebook and mobile smart phones. However, all the apps were proofs against the rioters and were presented in the court, collecting the data from phone companies. Government and opposition were one voice on the issue and wide spread arrests were made. They agreed to maintain the supremacy of law.
