Earlier this month Bollywood actress Kangana Renaut extending her support to the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said Modi is "the rightful leader of the country". Fans started speculating if the Queen actress was all set to join politics. Rumours circulated starting that Renaut would be contesting from Gurdaspur, Punjab, for a seat that was preciouslyoccupied by the late Bollywood actor Venod Khanna. However, Kangana revealed that she has been extremely occupied with film committments but does not oppose the idea of joining politics at some point of her life. Clearing the political ambitions she said "whenever I decide to take up the path, I will do so with utmost sophistication, dignity and full focus. I would not say politics is too demanding but it is not my cup of tea." The Tanu weds Manu actress continued that serving her nation has been her dream. However, she explained that balancing an acting career along with political one will not be feasible. She said if had to be a national servant, she would not have a family or kids-- or even an alternate career. A politician should be nothing more than a government servant. I can not be an actor and at the same time, pursue a future in politics. I do not want any conflict to arise over my service to nation.
