Zaka Ashraf Restored As Chairrman Pakistan Cricket Board By Islamabad High Court
Islamabad High Court (IHC) restored Zaka Ashraf as chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) seven months after he was sacked by the same court. Zaka Ashraf was appointee by the thyen president Asif Ali Zardari on October 27, 2011. In June 2013, IHC stopped him from working as PCB chief on a petition challenging his election on the ground that the process of his election was not transparent. Today a two-member bench heard an intra-court and the bench voided the IHC's chief justice previous decision and restored Zaka Ashraf as PCB chief. Sources said that Zaka will be handed over all charges to excercise his power as PCB's chief.
