As Bachelor Nation continues to mourn season 14 star Gia Allemand, new details are begginning to emerge about the circumstances of her passsing. Mutiple sources confirm to US Weekly That Allemand hanged herself on Monday, Aug 13 in her home in New Orleans, where she was found by boyfriend Ryan Anderson, a player for the NBA pelicans. Allemand, 29, was hospitalized last week in critical condition. Information about the "serious emegency medical event" was at first unavailable. but Wednesday Aug 14,her family released official statement saying that she had died that afternoon. Tuesday Ms Allemand remained in critical condition and on life support, the statement read, " due to a critical loss of brain and organ funtion, the support was withdrawn today. Ms Allemand passed away peacefully with mother, boyfriend and lifelong friends by her side. As a practicing Chritian, Gia did receive sacrament of last rites."
