Saudi Arab Has Banned Old And Sick People From Entering Kigdom For Haj

Government of Saudi Arab has decided not issue visas to old and people suffering from chronic dideases such as diabetes, heart, kidney and respiratory diseaes. In a statement issued by the ministry of health of the Kingdom this step has been taken to control MERS coronavirus disease. MERS has taken the lives of 38 persons since September 2012. Though ministry of health did not tell the age limit of the intending Hajis but visas will not be issued to medically unfit persons. The intending Hajis will have to present the certificate of completing vaccination process 10 days before starting the travel to Saudi Arabia.
