Most of Pakistani civil servants including senior most officers, however, exceptions are there: are in habit of stealing national money and filling their pockets. But, during the era of PTI government, their ways of corruption are being blocked, however, due to their corrupt nature and habit of theft, they are looting the guests. As far as the corrupt people are not hanged openly for corruption, it can not be eradicated. Constituition must be amended to hang corrupt people, only dozen of hangings will give lessons to the remaining corrupt people. The latest example of naturally corrupt people is that of a grade 20 officer of Ministry of Industries, who is working as joint secretary in the department, was found guilty of stealing the wallet of Kuwaiti delegate. Though, he has been suspended but it is not an enough punishment, he must be put in jail at least for life. He belongs to Economic Affairs Division group of civil servants. The officer's identity came to surface after a video went viral on social media showing him fishing the wallet of one of the visiting Kuwaiti dignitaries in his pocket while they were away. When the Kuwaiti delegate askedfor his missing wallet, there was nobody in the hall to answer him. When the visiting delegate insisted for missing wallet, it forced the top management to look into CCTV camera footages and that was how Zarar Haidar was found putting the wallet in left pocket of his jacket.
