Santions Did Not Effect Iran Much--- USA

A senior US army officer has admitted that the USA could not get the effective results of imposing of santions against Iran and Iran is heading towards building atomic weapons. General James said economic sanctions effected Iran though but not much and Iran continued extendig atomic program. He said Iran is near getting required quantity of enrichment of uranium and can be a greater risk for the world (why does not he say for Israel not for the world). Moreover, he said 14,000 army personnel must be present in Afghanistan after the withdrawl of the NATo forces. He wanted 20, 000 troupes but other countriers are not willing to retain military activities in Afghanistan (because other countries do not want their soldiers to be killed in a useless war in Afghanistan and making the many countries of the world heir enemies, like the USA does.) .
