Maltese Vote In Favor Of Legalizing Divorce

Overwhelmingly Catholic Malta has voted in favour of legalising divorce, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi announced Sunday after a referendum in one of the only two countries where it is still banned. Gonzi said it was now up the Mediterranean archipelago's parliament to legalise the dissolution of marriage. "This is not the result that I wished for, but the will of the people has to be respected and parliament should enact a law for the introduction of divorce," the conservative prime minister said. The divorce measure was passed by a majority of 53.2 percent of those who cast ballots, although nearly a quarter of eligible voters did not bother to go to the polls, election officials said. Apart from the Vatican city-state, Malta is one of only two countries in the world, the Philippines is the other that bans divorce. Chile was the last country to legalise divorce in 2004 after overwhelming public pressure. Saturday's non-binding referendum asked the island's 306,000 mainly Catholic voters whether parliament should introduce a new law that would allow couples to obtain a divorce after four years of separation

The Great People Who Sacrifice Their Today For Next Generation's Better Tomorrow

A recent research revealed that Pakistan's temperature will rise by 2.8 degrees Celsius during next 50 years. While in the hilly areas temperature will rise more and due to melting of glaciers rivers will flow with more than their capacity and having no new dams in Pakistan the water will fall in the sea and floods will destroy the remaining cities and villages that were safe during the last year's floods. To get benefits of electricity and in the agriculture sector construction of new dams are crucial for the country. Pakistan musty learn from those sensible people of the world who are preparing their countries to face the global warming. Among them some are listed below.
A Sensible Ruler:-
If you want to see the natural beauty at its peak then visit Maldive. Clean air, beautiful coast, greenery refresh one's spirit of mind. But a great tragedy is waiting to swallow this paradise on earth. This beautiful tiny country may diminish from the face of earth and sea may replace it till the end of current century. The global warming due to industrial development has not been caused by Maldive but it will be the first target of this menace. But the Great Leader Of this smaller country 42 years Muhammad Nasheed, who make his country get rid of dictatorship, is determined to struggle for his country safety till his last breath. Rather he is the champion of war against global warming. He has announced that after 2020, his country will not use petrol, coal or wood as fuel but they will make use of alternate energy sources of solar and air power energy. Then Maldive will become the first country whose vehicles or factories would not ooze corbon dioxide and will be free of co2. This will be a great honor for him and for Maldive. President of Maldeve in his Green Message says, " I go to my office on foot thus environment remains clean and I also talk to my people on the way to office." The Great People like Muhammad Nasheed can defeat the nature. (Continued)

Mark Zuckerberg Taking Meat Of Animals That He Has Killed

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly taken to eating only meat from animals he has killed in order to appreciate that a creature died so that he could live.
The 27-year-old billionaire took on the dietary regimen as the latest in a series of “personal challenges” that he pursues in what little time he spends not working on Facebook, a Fortune magazine story explained on Thursday. “I’m eating a lot healthier foods,” Zuckerberg is quoted as telling Fortune while discussing his switch to slaughtering livestock for his meals.
“And I’ve learned a lot about sustainable farming and raising of animals,” he continued. “It’s easy to take the food we eat for granted when we can eat good things every day.” A Silicon Valley chef who lives not far from Zuckerberg in the Northern California city of Palo Alto has introduced him to local farmers and coached him on killing his first chicken, and goat, according to Fortune.

Arnold Begs Estranged Wife For One Last Chance

Arnold Schwarzenegger has reportedly begged estranged wife Maria Shriver for “one last chance” to save their marriage. The pair separated earlier this month after 25 years of marriage following the revelation that Schwarzenegger had fathered a secret love child with a former family housekeeper.
Author Ian Halperin, who wrote an unauthorised biography of Arnold ‘The Governator’, told website Extra: “He’s actually shed tears. He knows he’s done wrong, and he’s begging on his knees for forgiveness and one last chance. Arnold has been making calls to Maria repeatedly, asking her for one more chance.”
He went on to say that Shriver has not been responsive to the pleas, adding: “Maria wants no part of it.”
It was recently reported that Shriver plans to file for divorce from Schwarzenegger in the upcoming days. Schwarzenegger has put his film career on hold following the scandal.
Maria, who has four children with Arnold, Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13 was pictured earlier this week having lunch with Bono, lead singer of rock band.

Spare Parts Of Human Body

Whatever the machine is in use during this age, its spare parts are available in the market. So why not the spare parts of human body? This idea was conceived by two American companies, Economy Tech and Argonove. They invented a 3-D Bio Printer Machine, but this machine is neither a book nor magazine. This machines has been invented to prepare human liver, kidneys and teeth etc. Macines prepares the parts from body cells so human body accepts these parts. An experimental specimen of the machine has been invented yet, if this experiment succeeded then revolution will occur in the medical history. Because patient will save time for waiting the transplant of the part, but they will place order for the body part and it will be ready in no time. Thus human being may defeat the death.
Human Body will generate electricity:-
Every movement of human being generates energy. For example when we respire once it generates one watt energy and every step we take generates 70 watts electricity. Therefore scientists are trying to invent such apparatuses that can be benefited from human energy. The scientist of Princeton University America Michael Mac Spine has electricity generating Cristal cells from a rubber like material. If these are fitted in shows at required place generate electricity when they turn. If these cells remain in the shows whole day can generate so much electricity that can recharge your mobile set or can run pocket radio for an hour. In Paris scientists have conducted an astonishing experiments, they have installed such apparatuses at the metro stations that collect human body heat and this heat is transmitted to nearby hospital to keep it warm. French government is extending this project now.

Review Of Heavy Metals In The SoilAlong National Highway N-5 In Pakistan ---PCSIR

The report conducted by Pakistan Council Of Scientific And Industrial Research for a review of heavy metals along the National Highway N-5 comprising of 9 samples from Lahore to Karachi revealed that quantity of carcinogenic metals like lead that are included in the environment from fuel and paints, and mercury that is added to air from hospital's waste materials, used batteries, switches and energy savers were 45 times more than acceptable quantity. This sort of polluted flowing with the rain waters enters in the agricultural fields, drinking water reservoirs and in the air. We respire this polluted air, drink polluted water and eat polluted agricultural commodities (vegetables and fruits etc). In the cities rate of pollution is higher than villages.
The electricity generating ship of Turkish company that has anchored near Korangi is exploding clouds of polluted smoke and material for the residents of thickly populated area. EIA has treacherously shown the smoke direction of furnace oil toward sea while actually the opposite winds take this direct to the city area. More over, marine life is endangered due to the warming of sea water because of cooling the engines of generators illegally. The earning source of fishermen is also at great risk.

The Economist Accuses India Of Hostile Censorship

The Economist magazine has accused India of hostile censorship after officials insisted that a map in the latest edition be covered up as it showed disputed borders in Kashmir.
Customs officers ordered that 28,000 copies of the newsweekly must have stickers placed over a diagram showing how control of Kashmir is split between India, Pakistan and China. “India is meant to be a democracy that approves of freedom of speech,” John Micklethwait, editor-in-chief of The Economist, said. “But they take a much more hostile attitude on this matter than either Pakistan or China.”
He added: “This is an act of censorship, and many wise and sensible voices in India see it has no point.”
The map is used as an illustration for a front-page story on “The world’s most dangerous border” between India and Pakistan.
The Economist began distributing the edition on Tuesday with a black-and-white sticker covering the small map. “We are just told `it is the law of India`,” Micklethwait said. “The map is impartial, accurate and fair. We show everyone’s claims, and it is also realistic as it shows where the unofficial border actually falls.”
The magazine has clashed in the past with Indian authorities.
In December an entire issue was pulped on the censors` orders over a map of the region, and its publishers predicted the May 21 edition was likely to hit trouble.

Youngest British Boy Climbs Mount Everest

A schoolboy has become the youngest British mountaineer to climb Mount Everest at the age of just 16. George Atkinson, who turns 17 on Sunday, reached the 8,848m summit making him the youngest ever Briton to stand on top of the world.
It comes less than a week after Irish man John Delaney collapsed and died 50 metres before the top, not knowing his wife had just given birth to a baby girl back home. George’s extraordinary feat saw him smash Rob Gauntlett’s previous record by three years.
He also became the youngest climber ever to have scaled the tallest peaks of each continent. His proud mother Penny, 45, said: ‘George wasn’t able to phone from the summit so we haven’t spoken to him yet but I bet he’s really pleased with himself. ‘It’s been a nerve-racking experience for us and the entire family has been up all night waiting for news including his grandmother,’ she said.
By climbing Everest, George also became the youngest mountaineer to complete the Seven Summits the highest mountain on each continent.

Pakistan Is At The Bottom And Singapore At The Top Of Asian Green City Index--EconoMist Intelligence Unit

Pakistan is turning into a trash pile and in a polluted water pond, because in our country no industry follows the safety measures for avoiding the air and soil pollution. Industries are expelling dangerous materials and poisonous gases, expansion of cities that increase solid wastes sewerage and well as timber mafia that damage the forests and hence directly causing the air pollution. If 185 million population of Pakistan that has 36 % urban population increased at the same rate then it willgo as high as 246 million in 2030 that would have 46 % of urban one then one can imagine the condition of polluted cities. Pakistan is at the bottom and Singapore at the top of Asian Green City Index according to the report of an independent institution economist Intelligence Unit. This is the fortunate country whose prime minister has the scale of measuring his government 's performance linked with the development of Singapore. He has determined that not the Lee Kon u but his country will be the richest. What the Pakistani's rulers have set a scale for their performance? The World knows. During February 2011,Pakistan Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR)has published a report " Review of heavy metals along the National Highway N-5". Samples were taken at 9 places from Lahore to Karachi highway.

Maria Shriver Is Set To Divorce Arnold Schwarzenegger

Maria Shriver is set to divorce Arnold Schwarzenegger. The 55-year-old writer - who split from her husband of 25 years after he confessed he had fathered a 14-year-old son with their former housekeeper Mildred ‘Patty’ Baena, has reportedly told friends she will file papers to legally end their union after deciding she cannot forgive him.
A close friend of Maria’s said: “Maria absolutely will be filing for divorce. It’s not a matter of if Maria will file for divorce, but when.”
Although she had hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her in her split from the ‘Terminator’ actor, friends were unsure if she would go ahead with it plans because of strong Catholic beliefs.
However, it has since emerged Maria who has four children Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and 13-year-old Christopher, with the former Governor of California, suspected Arnold of having affairs with numerous members of their household staff.
Although she “didn’t suspect for one second” that the 63-year-old star had fathered a child with Patty, she reportedly had her suspicions about other workers.
A former employee said: “Maria didn’t suspect for one second that Patty was messing about with her husband. But there were others who she wasn’t quite so sure about.“It’s perhaps little surprise that after suspicions were aroused, they subsequently didn’t last long in employment.”
The estranged husband of the woman identified by some media as the mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s out-of-wedlock son says he feels betrayed by the former governor.
In an interview Rogelio Baena said he learned last week he was not the boy’s biological father. He says he will always regard the boy as his own.
“The Insider” also broadcast video Tuesday of Maria Shriver praising Mildred Baena at a 2001 celebration for one of Baena’s relatives.
Shriver said she was proud of Baena for being a single, hard-working mother. Schwarzenegger can be heard echoing her praise, saying the housekeeper did “an incredible job.”
Mildred Baena has been identified as the mother of Schwarzenegger’s child by The New York Times and other media.

Us And Britain Are Spreading Deception Net For Pakistan Again

The words Us president and British PM uttered for Pakistan are the same that were sincerely and truly said by China president. Our leaders must differentiate between the false statements and true heartily offers, if they have understanding. In the world China is the only true and sincere friend of Pakistan. Pakistan must not be mislead by US and Britain's statements. They need Pakistan but Pakistan must consult China before extending re-friendship hands to both Lie rs. Both said in chorus:-
US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron extended their support to Pakistan in its fight against terrorism, making it clear that they don’t intend to ‘walk away’ from the beleaguered state reeling from terror attacks.
Addressing a joint press conference on Wednesday under open skies in garden of Lancaster House, Cameron and Obama termed Pakistan crucial for peace in Afghanistan.
Cameron said that allies must work with Pakistan more closely than ever, not turn away. He said Pakistan has suffered mightily in the fight against extremism.
“People are asking questions about our relationship, so we need to be clear: Pakistan has suffered more from terrorism than any other country in the world. Their enemy is our enemy,” Cameron said. "Far from walking away we’ve got to work even more closely with them,” he said.
UK Prime Minister said the US killing of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was “a strike right at the heart of international terrorism” and that Britain and the US must work closely with Pakistan in the future. “We can defeat al Qaeda,” Cameron said.
President Obama said there was need of close collaboration between Islamabad and Kabul governments. "Al Qaeda is as much Pakistan’s enemy as it is ours,” Obama added. He said Taliban were never well-wishers of Pakistan and Afghanistan and they must respect constitution of Afghanistan by dropping their weapons and breaking connection with Al Qaeda. “We would not allow terrorists to make safe havens in Afghanistan,” US President said. Both Britain and US agreed on the need to give top priority in the coming months to efforts to engage Taliban insurgents in a peace process in Afghanistan. “Now is the moment to step up our efforts to reach a political settlement,” Cameron said.

Fundamentalists, Extremists And Racist Old Englishmen

Some people think and rightly thinks that whether blacks or colored people are highly educated or are having high official status they will remain illiterate, un-mannered, uncivilized ignorant and uncultured near the fundamentalist English people or western. Some lesson like this was taught to Mashal Hussain, a famous BBC news reader and a daughter of Pakistani parents, while she was purchasing grocery in London super store, Waite Rose , near her home, the day Osama was killed. Her three naughty kids 6 year Rafael, 4 year twin brothers Musa and Zaki were with her too. Kids of this age are naughty of course, whether they are born to Americans or Britishers or blacks. (I myself have observed the naughtiness of American kids who spread every thing in the store hither and thither in K-mart, Wall-mart and Shop ko etc and the sales girls are collecting and arranging all the items again and again). An old English man did not like the kids of Mashal running and playing in the store. He shouted on Masshal saying you people could not learn attiquates and manners yet, your kids must behave like English kids. Mashal was naturally angry and replied to old man but before the matter could extend further the store administration had to handle it smoothly. Afterward she wrote this event on twitter. It is a fact fundamentalists of west show hatred anywhere they find chance. But , the eastern had to tolerate all their anger and hatred of these people for the luxuriant life of western people.

http://ads.clicksor.com/showAlter.php?pid=178125&sid=277446&img=1&adtype=10&cbor=%2399CC33&cbg=%23FFFFFF&clink=%23000000&ctxt=%23666666
Instructors at a prestigious Pakistani defense institution are giving anti-American lessons to senior officers attending courses, according to a leaked U.S. diplomatic cable, a revelation that suggests a deep bias against Washington at the highest levels of the military. The dispatch, dated 2008, shows the challenges for the United States as it tries to overcome deep suspicions in a country that is a vital, if difficult, partner in the fight against al-Qaida and has received more than $10 billion in American aid since 2001. The unilateral American raid on Osama bin Laden on May 2 has exposed a fresh seam of hostility toward America in the army. That bin Laden was caught in an army town not far from a military academy has added to suspicions in Washington that Pakistan cannot be trusted. Some legislators now say America should cut aid despite the nuclear-armed country's Geo-strategic importance.

It is expected that Justice party in Turkey will be in a position to make government in the next election.Tayyab Urdgan is an unique personality of the Muslim world who astonished his nation as mayor of Istanbul with his excellent performance before his premiership. When army abolished the government oif his leader Nazim Ud Din Arbakan, and his welfare party was banned then he and his fellows had to suffer great difficulties. Indians Mothers Do Not Like Baby Girls

In a society that values the birth of a baby boy over that of a girl it's still an alarming fact that an increasing number of Indian families with one girl are aborting subsequent pregnancies when prenatal tests show the baby is also female.
It may be a surprise to some that the decline in the number of girls is more pronounced in richer and more educated households, according to research published in the medical journal Lancet.
These figures show that a law passed in 1996 banning gender testing on a fetus has been largely ineffective, the study said.
In India, there is a huge cultural preference for boys mainly because of the enormous expense in marrying off girls and paying elaborate dowries.
Officials have acknowledged that current laws have proved inadequate at combating the widening sex ratio gap.
The study found that between four million and 12 million girls are thought have been aborted between 1980 and 2010.
Raw data from India's census released in March showed the country's population comprised of 914 girls under age six for every 1,000 boys.
Only a decade ago, many were horrified when the ratio was 927 to 1,000.
Researchers studied census data and government surveys of more than 250,000 births to conclude that gap is even wider in families that already have a girl.
The ratio was 906 girls under six to every 1,000 boys in 1990 and had declined further by 2005, when it was 836 to every 1,000.

US Stopped France And Turkey To Send Consignments To Pakistan

The United States feared that consignments were meant for Pakistan’s nuclear programme.
The United States had persuaded Turkey and France in 2008 to stop ships navigating in their respective territorial waters with consignments for Pakistan, claims WikiLeaks.
The Turkish government had demanded proofs from the US instead of evidence and the same was the reply from France. The United States feared that there was a risk of nuclear proliferation from the consignment bound for Pakistan. Former American ambassador Anne Woods Patterson wrote that according to the International Atomic Energy Commission, Pakistan’s nuclear programme was not safe.
The American ambassador to Taiwan said that China was providing nuclear parts to Pakistan. In 2009, he wrote about Pakistan-China nuclear cooperation, and that Pakistan was buying parts from Taiwan and China to be used in missiles.

Zardari Rejected Iran's Oil Offer As US Forced Pakistan----Wikileaks

A secret diplomatic cable has revealed that the US forced Pakistan to reject Iran’s concessional oil offer.
According to the cable, President Asif Ali Zardari was urged by a US official not to agree to Iran’s concessional oil offer as it would be providing Iran with a foothold in Pakistan.
The cable filed on October 22, 2008 by former US ambassador Anne Patterson revealed that Zardari told US Assistant Secretary Richard Boucher that Iran’s proposal was an offer he could not refuse but Boucher reminded him of the Deputy Secretary’s caution of not allowing Iran to gain presence in Pakistan.
The meeting between the two officials took place at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on October 18 where the president expressed reluctance upon Boucher’s request to turn down Iran’s offer. He was concerned that how could he go to the National Assembly and tell them Iran had offered the assistance and Pakistan has refused it.
In another cable filed on May 26, 2009, a Congress delegation also met President Zardari and reminded him of the US caution but the President said that Pakistan is desperately seeking new energy resources to fulfill its need but no other country is ready to help except Saudia Arabia.

Assdange Life Story To Be Played In Theater In Australia

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will have his life story immortalised in a stage play in his home country of Australia, a report said Sunday.
Rehearsals are due to start this week for "Stainless Steel Rat" by award-winning Melbourne playwright Ron Elisha, which will tell the story of a director making a film of Assange's life.
Key players in the Wikileaks drama, including US President Barack Obama and the Swedish woman who has accused Assange of sexual misconduct, will be depicted, the Sun-Herald said.
The newspaper called it the world's first "wikiplay", opening in Sydney ahead of several Hollywood films which are reportedly in the pipeline.
Director Wayne Harrison said it would be "quirky, funny and controversial".
"This is a compelling story of an Australian who is changing the world right now. It can't wait. It has to be produced as quickly as possible," he said.
Local actor Darren Weller will play Assange, head of the whistleblowing website that has published thousands of cables in which US diplomats give their often candid views on world leaders, to Washington's acute embarrassment.
It has also leaked countless secret documents about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Serbia Had Developed Anti-Stealth Technology Years Ago, Why Not Pakistan?

Serbia, a country that is ten times smaller in area and has total population equal to Lahore city of Pakistan is included in third world countries has developed anti-stealth technology 12 years ago. Serbia, can now monitor any stealth plane on its radars and can hit it if that is violating its aerial territory. Pakistan which is an atomic power and its army is the best in the world can not even see the helicopters that cross the boundaries and do what ever they like. The hero of this story is the general Zolten Dani who when came to know about the stealth technology of USA, he started working along with Serbian army to make anti stealth system. They made some scientific changes in in their 1960 radars and concluded that if the the frequency of radars is decreased and wave length increased the waves of radar could reach the internal surface of the plane because the coating of the material that is outside is not done internally. Then the waves of radar will return back after touching the internal surface of plane that would be detected by the radars. General Zolten's this technology benefited his country when a stealth F 117 plane crossed Serbian border during war. USA had manufactured 62 stealth planes and it costed $42 million each. When stealth came inside Kosovo radars detected it and was hit by anti air Kraft misile and within seconds turned it into pieces. This technology is not only with USA but China has made J-20 stealth, Japan made Shun Shun fighter that will join Japan airforce in 2014, and India with the collaboration of Russia has made Sakhoi T-20 stealth plane that was tested successfully on 29th January 2010 and will included in Indian Air force soon. What Pakistan is doing . Waiting another operation like Abbottabad's?

Cooked Tomatoes Can Benefit High Cholestrol Or High Blood Pressure Patients

Australian scientists have found that cooked tomatoes can have the same benefits as statins for patients battling against high cholesterol levels or high blood pressure, which can lead to heart problems.
Their study revealed tomatoes could be an effective alternative to statins, the class of drugs commonly prescribed for these conditions. Tomatoes contain high levels of a powerful anti-oxidant, lycopene, which helps lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
The compound also gives the veggie its bright red colour when ripen.
Cooked tomatoes are best as tests showed the body can absorb more lycopene from these than raw fruit.
The experts, who analysed the results of 14 international studies into the benefits of lycopene over the past 55 years, concluded that it could provide a natural defence to raised levels of so-called ‘bad cholesterol’ or low-density lipoprotein, in the blood.
The effect was comparable to small doses of statins that are used to treat patients with high cholesterol or blood pressure.
One of the study’s authors, Karin Ried, of the University of Adelaide, said half a litre of tomato juice or 50 grams of tomato paste daily ‘would provide protection against heart disease’.

Wikileaks says Pak Army Cheif Sought US Help In Waziristan- Report Rejected By ISPR

The leaked cables revealed that Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani sought the US help during the FATA operation. According to WikiLeaks, some Pakistani security officials used to inform the US consulate in Peshawar about the views of General Kayani and the strategy of the Pakistan Army in the war against terrorism. According to the cables, the US account of Kayani’s request for “Predator coverage” does not make clear if mere air surveillance were being requested or missile-armed drones were being sought. The cable sent in February 2008 divulged that Kayani had assured Admiral Fallon in a meeting that the army would restrict its role to maintaining law and order during the general elections.
But, Pakistan army has rejected the Wikileaks reports that the military brass had sought US drone back-up for its military operation against militants. Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement issued here Friday said that the news was baseless as the Pakistan’s military had never requested for drone support in its war against terrorism. The statement said that the Pakistan Army and the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jointly launched military offensives “Operation Rah-e-Rast and “Operation Rah-e-Nijat in Swat and tribal region respectively.

The desperate woman had clambered out on to the window ledge of a residential building in Changchun, Jilin province in China, dressed in a flowing ivory wedding gown.
As horrified onlookers tried to talk her away from danger, the bride-to-be was about fall when she was saved by a local community officer. Residents leaning from surrounding windows were seen staring in disbelief as the unidentified 22-year-old climbed through a narrow window.
It is thought she had climbed out of the apartment window after her boyfriend of four years broke up with her. They are believed to have been planning to marry. It is unclear whether the dramatic scenes took place on the couple’s wedding day or during the planning for their nuptials. She was eventually saved when a local community officer, Guo Zhong Fan, grabbed her and held her by her shoulders and wedding dress. A second man was seen clambering out from the window directly below to support the woman’s feet and assist her rescue. Mr Zhognfan, an office director in Changchun’s Kuancheng district, held one arm around the woman’s neck and another round her shoulders before managing to pull her to safety.
As the dramatic episode unfolded, hundreds had crowded in the street next to the building watching the drama unfold. Emergency services had managed to put up a soft landing surface underneath her apartment window.
It was reported the woman’s rescuer then carried her downstairs where he was met by a retired army officer who told him: ‘You must’ve been a soldier before, thank you, you’re a great man!’
The woman herself suffered no major injuries and was driven away in an ambulance.
